We take the time to ensure that when you hang up the phone, you can breathe a sigh of relief.

Admissions Process

The admissions process for both detox and residential treatment begins with an assessment and evaluation to help us better define your treatment needs. During this time, one of our admissions specialists will begin gathering information, including your past history with substance abuse, family history, and your past and current mental health status. We do not judge any of our clients based on the information they provide us, rather we encourage them to be as open and honest as possible. This allows for us to implement appropriate treatment plans for all who come through our doors.

In addition to establishing a strong foundation of your personal background, our detox and residential admissions team will also be working to determine if your insurance provides full or partial coverage for your treatment. This will help you and your loved ones have a better idea of what you will and will not be financially responsible for. As soon as all of your paperwork has been completed, you will be invited to come to the Healing Place to begin your treatment. Usually, this is a quick turnaround time, as we understand the severity of the disease of addiction.
